5' Guitar Exercise: Fartlek Subdivisions - Guitar Lesson [EX-103]

I love this exercise, really helps you break out of using the same old rhythms, and will make you a lot more aware of the various subdivisions available. Fartlek is a Swedish word for "Speed Play" and what I recommend is playing about with different subdivisions and you feel like, improvising but with a purpose - but only AFTER you are confident with each subdivision on it's own!
